Of course Obama wants to work with congress - as long as they do everythjng he says. If they don’t, he “finds” a new power of the Presidency to go around them.
Basically, congress has to be a rubber stamp for him.
The congrss should us every power at their disposal to thwart anything he does. Too bad it’s led by such mealy mouthed spineless jellyfish.
I call them collaborators, liars and promise-breakers. They have shown for a number of years where they stand.
