Admittedly I just skimmed the post - and maybe there are more details at the link - but I did not see the attempted rape. Yes, he is a lewd freak - who needs severe remedial etiquette lessons on how to try to ‘get to know’ people, but he sounded pretty harmless (once you get over the initial shock of the freak standing in your room - with a condom in hand... geeze...).
Charge him for breaking and entering. And lewd behaviour (if this is even an infraction nowadays).
