On campus with gun bans . . . tase, tear gas or a flare pistol. Maybe all three. Safe and legal.
I live in Chubbuck/Pocatello Idaho, ISU is in Pocatello so this is local for me. Yea I heard about this on the local news. It is rumored that this guy has mental problems. Someone posted a comment earlier asking if Walmart was out of ammo. Walmart has ammo but I can tell you that Doc’s Gun Barn closed last Dec. Back to the issue, I say just send the jerk back to Arabia, that’s where he came from. It’s simple DEPORT the jerk.
