Yes, it took me forever to find a picture of the guy....It is just too good for the press this guy has White as a last name.

The photo I saw of him on a stretcher seemed to show that he was. The inclusion of Molotav cocktails in his arsenal is another clue, though, as that is becoming a weapon of choice in the 'Hood.
