If they know it’s not terrorism, then they have to know what these two were planning to do once they got inside.
So, what was it? They intended to rob the dispensary? They were planning to shoplift? What?

I will start the conspiracy theories:
1. They were dressed in Burkhas and we shouting islamic slogans.
2. The police planted the drugs in the car to show this was not terrorism.
3. Mitch Rapp was seen leaving the facility right afterwards, riding with a little guy on the back of two big dogs. (Yes, I know I have mixed my book stories.)
4. They were actually shot leaving the facility, after going in and stealing chemical weapons.
5. They were Edward Snowden “followers.” Kevin Bacon was seen showing up a few minutes late, and pounding his fist on the edge of a car.
6. It was the Amish. Again. (Those bastards.)

That happened a couple of years ago at a Texas refinery explosion and fire. Before an investigation had been launched they immediately said it wasn’t terrorism. They think we are idiots.
It would be a piece of cake. Lots of drug money to steal and banks to rob!
