Obama is an anti Zionist and he views the world through the prism of perceived racism. His policies toward Israel are clearly reflected by this mindset.However those Jewish Congressmen would be making a serious mistake if they did not realize that Obama’s actions were happening in a political or social vacuum. Changing demographics, a woeful ignorance of history in general and the Holocaust in particular has lessened the support Israel once had in the United States and Europe. In fact if a poll were taken in the districts of those Congressman’s Democratic colleagues, there would be more sympathy and support for Palestinians than Israel. Eventually it will become apparent to Jewish people that the “progressives” they so generously support and who they consider like minded comrades in actuality are viscous anti Semites and hate their guts. It would be best to adapt to new political realities.
