I live just south of AEP/Buckeye Power Cardinal plant in Brilliant, Ohio and I know they get a lot of their coal from across the Ohio from a mine in West Virginia (I can see it across from the plant) plus I drive be a coal strip mine here in Ohio everyday. I think my rates are fairly reasonable now but with Barky's war on coal, who really knows?
