One solution is to segregate the police force, black police officers patrol black communities...

White police officers patrol white communities..

We have already tried that one - remember "Brown v. Board of Education, Topeka, KS" "separate but equal education," can't exist, can it?

Besides, blacks will claim that we can't trust only whites to patrol white communities, there MUST be blacks on those forces, only blacks are permitted to segregate - remember "Black Miss America?"

Ain't no such thing as "White Miss America," is there?
