I’m not willing to blame him for this one.
The drone strike was targeting the bad guys. Some good guys were inadvertently also killed.
When GWB was president we would have called this “collateral damage” - a regrettable but inevitable occurrence when one is fighting a war on terrorism. That being the case, I am going to refer to it by that term when it happens while Obama is president.
God knows there are plenty of atrocities and evil for which he IS responsible.
