The theory posed by a caller now is that this is the early October Surprise, out there now only because the media and donors don’t want to commit to Hillary until they can see if there is anyone they can draw out of hiding, who might come forth later and nail her with evidence of quid pro quo, some kind of direct link to corruption.
They don’t love her anyway and they sure don’t want to commit to her if later on, she is going to get blown out of the water, leaving the media and donors looking really bad for thinking she will get out of this on her own.
