The Clintons are having to go back and refile many years of tax returns now due to the info coming out in the media per Limbaugh! I guess Bill Clinton would know all about mulligans.
Why do the Clintons get to "refile" when you or I would go to prison for tax evasion?

I agree totally. They claimed there were no foreign donations in those years but they got a lot of money. Millions. They are claiming it is a mistake. (RIGHT)
