Hey, I got an idea for mooney....... all he has to do is require more hydrogen vehicles, which only emit water vapors. He could stop globull warming and solve the water crisis with just one new exec order.

His first two terms he brought unions into state government employment causing the need for all this massive taxation.

It would have been better for California if Jerry’s parents never met.

sectors that will have to reduce emissions - industry, agriculture and energy

Arizona is business friendly, and only an hour way from San Diego or Newport Beach. Just sayin' . . .

Lunatic.

There is almost no smog to speak of in the SF Bay Area anymore. Certainly compared to 35 years ago. It is clean enough. There is no evidence that anyone or anything is being damaged by auto emissions in this state.

Any measures to clean it further will certainly be the final nail in the local economy's coffin.

What's the difference between Moonbeam and aRnie? not much..

Not true! Moonbeam never once denied being a liberal. Where will all the illegals work once moonbeam and his gaia worshipping eco nazis drive the rest of the industries out of California? No matter how many fast food restaurants and taquerias there are, it won't matter if no one has the money to buy $5 burgers and $4 tacos with $15 minimum wage and 75% unemployment.

Moonbeam has never been the governor everybody loves.
Instead, he is the principal everybody hates.
If the low infos actually went to school they would
know this.

California is in big trouble now. Their past 40 years of enviro-whackism has caused the “greatest drought ever recorded” (their words), giant bird fryers, giant wind generators that only run part time, bait fish that are lavished with fresh water that ends up in the ocean, ski resorts without snow, etc.

All of this was caused by enviro-fools who do not understand or appreciate the “law of unintended consequences”.

I assume that Moonbeam is aware that the Air Mass Moves and is not stalled Hovering over the State, right?

Apparently California’s climate and the rest of the world’s climate neatly disconnect all around California’s border such that all of the extremely costly “carbon reduction” endeavors negatively impacting California energy costs for families and industries will stop global warming in California, even though the rest of the world, particularly China and India are doing jack-squat to decrease their carbon outputs, which would otherwise completely negate the puny (but extremely expensive) carbon reduction California is attempting IF such a climate disconnect didn’t exist.

In other words, if such a climate disconnect between California and the rest of the world didn’t exist, California’s actions would be completely insane.
