Daniel J. Washington, 50,pleaded innocent in Quincy District Court Wednesday to charges stemming from the Monday attack, which left 35-year-old Ismail Fnu in critical condition at a Boston hospital the Enterprise reported Wednesday.
Police say Washington stabbed Fnu and beat him with a bat during a robbery at S & J Service Station, 733 South Main St., around 2 p.m. Monday.
(Washington) is being held without bail until a May 11 hearing to determine if he is a danger to the public.
