I have a friend who’s a guitar player, his parents were Jamaican and his father is an USAF officer.
He gets great glee making fun of “African Americans”.

Cries for race war and civil war are stupid because these affairs are NOT civil, but they ARE wars. One should think a long time before calling down war on neighbors you live with. This is especially true when you are not a large minority in the percentage make up of this country.

I worked at Washington & Vermont when the Watts Riots happened. We had to come to work or not get paid. I was a new homeowner with a 2 yr old car that had a 3 yr payment plan. I HAD to work. Washington was the Watts Perimeter boundary to try & keep the unrest within there.
The blacks burned down the very businesses that served them. Banks, grocery stores, pharmacy stores, hair salons, clothing shops, mechanics, etc. NO INSURANCE company will cover any rebuilding. A major grocery chain won’t go there. Who would want to put their life’s work & life savings into something that becomes the easy target for anfry animals???
This country has spent over 50 years & over $15 TRILLION to support blacks & ‘the poor’. IMO, you are poor because you don’t/won’t go to school & get enough education to advance to something further—even a vocational school. I know fully that persons of all colors are not all college material. However, generations of entitlement fomented by Sharpton, Jesse Jackson, Dingle & all the other black ‘leaders ‘ has only created millions of feral animals.
I do not owe them another damn thing. I paid taxes from the age of 15 to 66. I was a PROVIDER to their upkeep & they are more than ungrateful. Nothing is ever enough for them and we whites are ALWAYS wrong!!! Maybe we were wrong to keep supporting people who are enemies and who keep breeding more enemies.
Obama & Holder & others seem to want a race war. They might not like the end result.

We know better, it is Democrat governed inner cities that breed criminals of all races. I know the liberal media only show black criminals to foster racism, but that has been the case for as long as I can remember. We are on to them. Stick to red states where all races get along well and work hard together to succeed.
I doubt it. I've heard the same thing about real African immigrants who are tickled to be here and want to become Americans.

I recognize the point you are making, but it is incorrect. The very thing that makes this letter significant is that Mr. Murdock is, in fact, speaking as a black American to a group of people who incorrectly believe that they speak for Black America.
There is also, no doubt, a voyeuristic sense of affirmation that some white Americans get from reading an article like this one. Liberals will point to such feelings when they accuse black conservatives like Murdock of traitorous self-loathing. But, again, Murdock did very much write this particular letter not as an "American" but as a "Black American." Take issue with the term "African American," if you like. I hate it myself. I used it in this case because it is a polite alternative to the word black, which had already appeared in the title. Other than that, there is really no nice way to say this: You are completely wrong on this one.

In college, I roomed with an African (from Camaroon) who's name was C'pring.
He was the most 'racist' man I have ever met. He despised - truly DESPISED -- black Americans.

Not entirely true. You see whites involved in sports riots from time to time. They are orders of magnitude less destructive of property than what we have seen in Baltimore and Ferguson.

"Political correctness" is always a lie, and there's nothing polite about insulting real Africans, most of whom seem to make pretty good Americans..(most Somalians notwithstanding)
