Qatar Airways' plans to boost US flights upset airlines

[NEW YORK] Qatar Airways on Monday said it plans to expand its services to the United States, in a move that rankled US airlines which accuse it of competing unfairly through state subsidies.

The Gulf carrier announced its first direct flights to Los Angeles, Boston and Atlanta from its Doha hub and its second daily flight to New York.

As long as Qatar Airways originates from America and dumps the mooselimb slime off in their foreign land, it’s a good idea. No incoming flights! Deport all mooselimbs!

What they are REALLY upset about is that providing a matching PREMIUM service to Qatar’s 5-Star services to the extremely profitable Middle Eastern/South Asian markets will cost them a fortune.
