He used the TeaParty to get his 9/12 event off the ground. A lot of people couldn't go to both. So half picked Beck's and half picked the Tea Party event the next week in Washington. This is when I first realized, Glen Beck was out for himself. He could have easily joined forces, but he wanted to divide the growing movement and set himself up as some sort of spiritual leader.
I don't listen to Beck anymore, but could easily believe he would sabotage Cruz. He's that kind of guy. I think his pick would be Jon Huntsman, the son of his friend, but even Beck knows he doesn't have a chance. Huntsman would have a better chance if he joined the Democratic Party. He seems to like Obama a lot.
