I love how they always refer to them as “immigrants”. They are not “immigrants”. They are enemies of the United States because their first order of business as foreigners is to go on the offensive against the people of the United states by breaking laws of the United States. That’s why supporting scAmnesty is TREASON. When a person robs a bank or commits any crime how is it presented in court? It says THE PEOPLE VS. ______. Versus, actively opposed against an offense. Court is used as a defense and the said enemy is neutralized and/or controlled whether it be incarceration or some other form of punishment. The definition of “Enemy” is “a person who is actively opposed or hostile to someone or something.” One of the main tenants of Treason is “adhering to the enemy giving aid and comfort”. We have 4 million people right now looking to enter the country LEGALLY. These politicians are giving preference to ENEMIES of the United States rather than those who choose to empower it. Supporters of scAmnesty are probably the most blatant traitors that ever were because they constantly admit to supporting enemies of the United States, ESPECIALLY when the majority of Americans are against it and nobody holds them accountable.
18 U.S. Code § 2381 - Treason
“Whoever, owing allegiance to the United States, levies war against them or adheres to their enemies, giving them aid and comfort within the United States or elsewhere, is guilty of treason and shall suffer death, or shall be imprisoned not less than five years and fined under this title but not less than $10,000; and shall be incapable of holding any office under the United States.”
The description of treason & the prescribed penalty seem clear enough to me. The only thing we seem to be lacking is a Congress with backbones.
