MADISON, Wis. -- A white Wisconsin police officer won't be charged for fatally shooting an unarmed 19-year-old biracial man, a prosecutor announced Tuesday, prompting peaceful demonstrations but none of the immediate violence that has hit some other U.S. cities in similar cases.
Dane County District Attorney Ismael Ozanne said he wouldn't file charges against Madison Officer Matt Kenny in the March 6 death of Tony Robinson, saying the officer used lawful deadly force after he was staggered by a punch to the head and feared for his life. Ozanne, mopping his brow repeatedly but speaking forcefully for some 25 minutes, took pains to outline his own biracial heritage before announcing his decision. "I am the son of a black woman who still worries about my safety," Ozanne said. "I am a man who understands the pain of unjustified profiling, and I am the first district attorney of color, not only in Dane County, but in the state of Wisconsin."
Then, Ozanne walked through evidence from the scene, 911 callers, Robinson's friends, police affidavits, crime lab reports and more to paint a picture of a young man out of control from a mix of hallucinogenic mushrooms, marijuana and Xanax. Kenny rushed to the apartment building and immediately became concerned that Robinson was attacking someone upstairs. He fired his weapon only after he was punched in the head and feared he might be disarmed and killed, Ozanne said.

Once again we only see race mentioned when its a white cop vs a black thug.
The thugs don’t consider a White-African-American one of their own. Obama thinks he’s a typical white person.
Funny how we don’t hear about a bunch of cops beating and killing white youths when many of the police forces consist of heavy black officer presence. I wonder if it has anything to do with the fact that the blacks are actually committimg crimes.../s

1. Don’t break the law.
2. When caught don’t run, don’t grab, don’t curse, don’t punch. Do what the officer tells you and shut the F*** up.
There Now! All you problems are solved.
FWIW, the Sioux tribe of which my father’s grandfather was a member, referred to the Civil War as the “white man’s war to free the white black man.”

One more piece of advice:
3. If the cop made a mistake, even an innocent one, sue and get rich from recovering an outlandish amount of damages awarded by police-hating inner-city jurors.
Years ago, in a city in AZ, mostly by coincidence there were five police brutality complaints in two months. So the city council overreacted and demanded that the police not act with force.
However, the police there had an inventive idea.
The city had a second tier biker gang, who though they engaged in illegal activities, kept it down to a dull roar and did not create a mess or fuss with ordinary citizens or business. Periodically, though, the police would catch some of them misbehaving, as you might expect, and would arrest them as police would anywhere else.
So in any event, the police reached an agreement with the bikers. If there was some low rent, violent, obnoxious individual who needed thumping, the cop would make a public phone call to a biker. And once the biker arrived and the problem was identified to him, the cop would leave.
And the biker would administer the thumping to the troublesome individual, who would then be advised to leave the city by sundown and not come back.
In exchange for this service, the police would refrain from giving the biker gang a hard time, as long as they continued to not make a mess or fuss.
Surprisingly enough, this agreement lasted for a long time and even resulted in a noticeable drop in the number of obnoxious offenders in the city. The police assured the city council this was all the result of their “kinder and gentler” approach.
In every one of the recent high profile cases involving the death of a black male at the hands of the police none of the black males involved were innocently going about their business and attacked by the evil policemen for no reason whatsoever.
All the dead males were either caught in the commission of a crime, resisted arrested, assaulted the police officer involved, ran when told to stop, or a combination of things.
The odds of any black male (like any other person) of being killed by a policeman are near zero if when confronted by an officer, they simply adhere to the officer's demands.
Yep, same as Obama.
