Repeal it and don’t replace it.

It never fails to amaze me how many Democrats want to go out of their way to give Republicans tips on how to succeed and win elections.

The Supreme Court guts it or the Government exchanges fall apart on their own [dis]merit. I don’t see much difference. With the government exchange side falling apart, Obama would be well on his way to calling for a national emergency and a shift to single payer (which he’s been after all along).

The monkey wrench with the USSC might be that tinge of illegality with respect to our Constitution, however. And, that would be something he hadn’t prepared for. Calling for national emergency of an act riddled with unconstitutional provisions doesn’t warrant martial law or fiat action. It warrants outright repeal.

Price’s approach to the issue neatly foreshadows the chaos that could erupt if the Court does what Republicans say they want and sides with the challengers in King v. Burwell.

More intimidation of SCOTUS by the Dems and their MSM puppets.

Obamacare is the Democrats' Two-Edged Sword.

Its Republican-enabled implementation stunned and stopped economic recovery (such as it ie).

If the Republicans do not have an anti-chaos alternative, its reversal will stun and stop the economy again because Obamacare is now deeply embedded in the health insurance industry and protocols. In a way, it would be like taking Outlook out of Windows!

The Republicans are left holding the ball ... and the blame, just in time for 2016. There is no Plan. There is no Program. There is no Leader. We need all three, fast.

When the time comes, Republicans will put forth a unified plan for the time being.

Obama will not dare veto it.

There are several plans under Republican consideration and they will be debated in the open.

The moonbats will whine and knash teeth but lose

If SCOTUS kills Obamacare, Hillary will run on replacing it with - what else - the return of Hillarycare.

So Cruz not only has to come up with an interim support plan for those cut off while the free market is reinstated, he needs a catchy name for it to make the cud-chewers pause.

Something like “FreedomCare” with the tagline of “You Can Read It Before You Vote On It.”

it would replace the current subsidy system, which is based on income, with one based on age... it would replace the current subsidy system, which is based on income, with one based on age...

If the government could stop paying subsidies and at the same time reduce taxes by the amount on money it saved in abolishing the ocare subsidy program, there would be a long run permanent benefit to everyone because the taxation of everyone's income would be smaller, and everyone would be enabled to buy more of the goods he himself desired.

If the subsidies are retained, insofar as the subsidized prices are above the costs of producing additional medical service by more than is necessary to provide the going rate of profit, the incentive is created to increase production. The incentive is created to increased production all the way to the point that any further increase would have to be carried out under conditions of such diminishing returns. To avoid these consequences, the government would be led to seek ways to limit the increase in production its policy of subsidies makes profitable. It would be another libtard perversity of result.

Are the republicans party to the suit? Have they filed an amicus brief? They need to neutralize the democrat attempt at framing the narrative that ‘the republicans did this’. They won’t, of course. The stupid party, indeed.
