And that’s precisely what it is for among other uses. A wholesale money laundering operation for many purposes. It does so-called “charitable works” as strictly subterfuge.

And why the Law should change to unlimited donations by any physical entity that is lawfully allowed to pull the lever.

That still gives the biz owner the opportunity to get behind ‘their’ critter; but does NOT allow unions, corporations PACs, etc.

Couple that with immediate, 100% reporting and a felony conviction of 5 yrs and 100x the value of the donation fine (adjusted for inflation too!) (paid to the State or Fed. Treasury) for EACH offense with NO chance of parole...
