FOX News confirmed today that the US ran guns from Benghazi to Syria before the attack on the US consulate on September 11, 2012.
The US Ambassador to Libya and three others were killed in the terrorist attack.

The memo also tied the attack to 9-11… No discussion of a demonstration or anti-Mohammad video.
US officials were aware that weapons were being shipped to Syria by the Port of Benghazi.

The US mission in the middle east should be to kill terrorists and wipe out terrorist organizations, not to cut secret deals with middle-eastern political factions. Killing terrorists should be done by American bullets, not by some middle eastern proxies who turn out to be terrorists themselves. 3000 Americans were killed on 9/11 and that demands an American response to terrorism. Not a middle eastern response.
I still believe the attack was prompted when the US held delivery of the weapons because Russia was exposing the operation.
