CONGRESS PRESSED TO IMPEACH 'UNFIT' HILLARY
WND ^ | 5/25/15 | Cheryl Chumley

Posted on 05/25/2015 7:02:19 AM PDT by lward99

Special Operations Speaks PAC, an organization to educate Americans about threats to the United States, has started a petition to impeach Hillary Clinton – and so far, nearly 31,000 have signed.

“Fact is, congressional precedent dictates that all elected officials remain subject to impeachment and disqualification from holding office even after resignation,” SOS said, on its website.

As such: the PAC says Clinton must go.

Just in time for the 2016 election, hear Hillary Clinton say she would NOT run for president, in “Hillary Unhinged” by Thomas Kuiper.

That fat, murderous, fascist piece of filth and her ‘husband’ should join Mussolini and the Ceaucescus in the annals of history.

Impeach her from WHAT???? She holds no office.

She should be held accountable/liable for Benghazi for what she did while IN office, but as of today she is a private citizen. This petition is nothing but an attention grabber and way to raise money for an impossible task.

Yeah, but isn’t there a bit of a difference between a resignation being accepted in the morning and impeachment vote in the afternoon (especially in the late 1800s)? Hillary has been out of office for over a year and a half. I say this is merely to raise money for the outfit that’s shilling it.

Hillary currently holds no office, and therefore cannot be impeached. People who post this stuff need to learn about it first, or else they just look dumb

No disrespect, but you're wrong.

Impeachment started as a tool for Parliament to block the appointment of ministers by the king. Later, the punishments were extended to include removal.

The Senate can impose two, distinct punishments upon individuals accused of treason, bribery, or other high crimes and misdemeanors. The first, removal from office, does not apply to Mrs. Clinton as she presently holds no office.

The second, disqualification from any office of trust or profit under the United States, certainly does apply to her, and it is a perfect use of the Congress' impeachment power.

Yes but could you do anything other than prevent her from being sec of state again? How could she be barred from another office?

This pretends that the Senate GOP still has their manhood, when in fact all they can do is whine & hold themselves where it used to be, when they caponized themselves in the Clinton impeachment. As shown by DEMOCRAT Clinton Impeachment House Prosecutor David Schippers in "Sellout", the prosecution team had to jettison 90% of the criminal material they had on Bubba and only use 2 counts, the evidence sealed for 50 years at the insistence of the Senate GOP Leadership.

That’s why I think a number of these “conservative” PACs are actually funded by the Left to discredit conservatives.

You are overlooking the WIFM factor. If the GOP believes Hillary will win, and this is the only way to prevent her from holding the Presidency...their goals will align with what is right and just.

You are kidding, right? Did I miss your sarcasm?

John Boehner: “Due to the multiple lies and obstruction of justice, we are having meetings to consider the possibility of beginning impeachment proceedings against Hillary Clinton.”

One 24 hour news cycle later....

John Boehner: “Oh, no, there was never any serious consideration of impeachment. That will not happen.”

“Rep. Pete Olson R-TX has stood up. We are working on more.”.....

Standing up and actually getting it done is a different story. I wish them (who ever those “others” are, GOOD LUCK!

Thanks for the “late impeachment” info. I’d never heard of/about it.
