As well you should be: Wise doesn't talk about China's new aircraft carriers as part of their ambitions and the newer stuff the Russians are developing.

Power projection is always risky and I am sure that the Navy's working full time to develop defensive technologies to protect carrier battle groups.

My suspicion is Mr. Wise is connected to the Air Force. Those boys never give up trying to squeeze their competitors out of the air business/take their part of the budget.
