Can anyone imagine what Mike Wallace (given his politically incorrect tendencies) and CBS News would endure via social media had this special come out today, given how many of what are now deemed stereotypes have come to fruition?

What are you thinking with this cryptic click bait.
Explain something more about whatever it is you are trying to say.
No, I can’t.
Lazy Sloppy Posters.
They’re worse than blog pimps.
Not as bad as snobs however.
One could make an educated guess about the POV of the site being highlighted here by its name, and figure there is POSSIBLY a valid issue to be looked at.
Then look at it. Copy and paste it here so that reasonable discussion can be made.
Why not yourself. Too proud?
Yup, and whatever else could be fantasized about those two examples! Wide trackin’ and big...well, you know.
Yeah, I was still a rag-top fan in ‘67. The car too.
Explain something more about whatever it is you are trying to say.
It is a 44 minute long video of a CBS News Report from 1967 about homosexuality.
Mike Wallace begins by saying that CBS did a poll and found that Americans consider homosexuality to be "more harmful to society than adultery, abortion or prostitution".
Mike Parks is a well known Black Conservative commentator.
Too proud?
Are you a moron? As you see - I did not post this click-bait sloppy excuse of an excerpt. Nor do I want to click the link and subject myself to ads, cookies, video add-ins, and God knows what else these blog pimps want me to see.
Look at this thread. Because the lazy sloppy poster posted such drivel, it immediately went off track and has been hijacked and everything BUT the article is being discussed.
Which is typical and ordinary of lazy sloppy blogpimps too stupid to post.
You might have something interesting to say here... but you need to fill out your posts so we can find out... Thanks for the thought but let’s do it right impetrio1
I hope you will take the advice you have been given.
Do not excerpt blogs.
And do not post blogs to the News Forum.
I was thinking: hmmm, buy "Sgt Peppers" or the debut album by that Hendrix guy "Are You Experienced?"
One night they had Burt Lancaster on as a guest.
From the get-go, Wallace starts asking his guest some very pointed personal questions, and you can see Lancaster getting agitated very quickly.
After a brief time, Lancaster blurts out, “You didn't say you were going to ask these questions before we came on!”
Wallace just kind of looked him with a blank stare and shrugged.
At that point, Lancaster got up and walked out.
There was little to distinguish the show other than that exchange, and as I recall, PM East/PM West had a pretty short run.
It did, however, establish Wallace as a fist class a-hole, and he eventually found fame and glory on “60 Minutes”, where he relished asking unsuspecting victims who posed as guests on the show, “So, when was the last time you beat your wife?”
