If Saudis are heavily damaged by the documents, it could destroy the petro dollar in a hurry.
That being said, the federal government is and has been hopelessly infiltrated and compromised by international elites and jihadists and the documents need to be released.
Same stuff Sandy Berger stole from the National Archives and was deleted from the 9-11 TV movie that was only shown once, pre-edited, and never sold on dvd.
