As the writer of the article states, it is almost unbelievable how far we have fallen, and how quickly.
Looking back, even to the 60's and 70's of my youth, the nation only seemed to be holding together more out of our Judeo-Christian tradition than in a super majority of real believers and obedience to Almighty God.
The latest surveys have said that Christianity has dwindled 8% in the US since 2007, however - I truly believe that America had far, far more "nominal" Christians than real Christians.
Now persecution has come to America. Members of military have been persecuted for being Christians. Bakers, shop owners, and businesses have persecuted.
Very soon, tax exempt status for Christian churches will be revoked, and pastors who preach the Word of God will be arrested and thrown into jail with murderers and rapists.

While I’m probably as disappointed as you to see the unraveling of a once-Christian nation accelerate, hopefully you’ll agree that it’s already predestined according to who is currently in charge of the world. America is only a fragment of that world.
