I think they’ll also uphold gay marriage by a 6-3 vote. “Conservative” judges seem to crave those New York Times and Washington Post editorials that praise “how they’ve grown.” Some conservative will cave and he’ll actually have nocturnal emissions over those editorials.
I’m sure the gay rights decision has also been reached - just writing it up. I hear no noise from the White House crowing about this, so perhaps it, too, has gone down (at least for now). For me, this is even more important the the health care ruling.
