Do not expect much from SCOTUS
They in the political status-quo business, not promoting plain interpretations of the Constitutions, and certainly not in the business of limiting government in any way.
How can you say such a thing, after such brilliant decisions as Roe v. Wade, Korematsu, Kelo, to name just a few?
