Yes indeed and it’s worked with the Republicans on Capitol Hill. But the ARROGANCE is strong with this one.

I agree but how do we know the jug eared bone smoker will leave office then?

Hell, I knew Obama when he was nothing and he’s gone downhill from there.

A jackass to the nth degree. If the Supremes strike this garbage down,as they should,I fully expect this HOMO to really come unhinged. Stock up on the popcorn folks. This could get very interesting.

I think this is a losing tactic for Obama. His attempt to strongarm might backfire and push Kagan or Kennedy in the other direction.

I wonder if he’s not really sending an “open threat” to the SC to leave it alone.

I don't know what he is worried about. Even if the Supremes turn it down the Stupid Party is going to move in and save his nuts by approving the horrendous subsidies.

I don't know why we bother with elections any more. The same people are running the cesspool in Washington.

Heck, even I can lecture on the Constitution. I had to pass a special test on US government to qualify for and receive my BS degree. What pervasive evidence is there that Obama was even a good lecturer.

Supreme court should take on the biggest birther case and say “Obama is not eligible to be President, after all.” Effectively nulling everything the empty suit bastard has done for 6 years. Yea I know, Biden. But Biden is just really dumb. Obama is just malicious.

Obama's right.

The SCOTUS should never have taken up the case because the law should never, ever, have been passed.

If the Supreme Court rules against the subsidies, which states will be better off? The ones that set up their own exchanges or the ones that didn’t?

I thought I remembered states like mine, Oklahoma, refused the federal exchanges because of the horrible regulations that they included.
