Don’t understand the question. When Jesus rules and reigns the world from Jerusalem, will that be totalitarian?

Also, it’s quite likely even this (short of the Savior giving a personal judgment in each and every case, meaning to turn it over to the sinners) is going to look like Old Testament practice. Multiple witnesses required, lying witnesses liable to punishment in the same way the accused was liable. The Old Testament holy system was “holey” — on divine purpose. That was how grace was allowed in.

I don’t see it as being totalitarian, because those left behind by that point will WANT TO LIVE in harmony with God’s commandments. However, the destruction will come, by natural disaster as well as by self-destruction and civil war to all nations that will not desist their attempts to destroy and/or pollute God’s religion.
