Oh, I'm sure he and his accomplices have been keeping up the pressure, but I was wondering whether he has been told some justices might still rule against him.

I suspect he might also be laying the groundwork for an effort to first, marginalize the justices who vote against him, with a view toward eventually dissolving the Supreme Court and the rest of the judiciary once he becomes absolute ruler. I still suspect he's going to try to stay in office after his term expires, or he and his party are going to ensure that his successor will be a commie dictator.

All part of Cloward-Piven - make your objectors look like silly fools, then get rid of them.

I would be shocked if he didn’t try something to stay in office - martial law first, like Hitler did. Then, when the populace is subdued - take over the rest of the government.
