A good friend of mine worked at Bedford Women’s Correctional (NYS Prison)
He said there were women in there with full face beards and goatees.
He said it was one of the worst places he ever worked in bar none. The administration would back the inmates over staff all the time.

When I worked at Auburn, there was an hispanic inmate who had breasts.
