Jesus rules. Yesterday, today, and forever. No bigots on this puny planet threaten the Christian. As the old hymn states so well, “I’m but a stranger here. Heaven is my home.” And Jesus comforts us as well: “ Fear not those who can kill the body, but are unable to kill the soul. Rather fear Him, who can destroy both body and soul in Hell.” (Matthew 10: 28) The victory was won at Calvary and at the empty tomb. Jesus is Lord. Even so, come quickly, Lord Jesus!
