Great points!
Argument goes like this:
” If there’s separation of church and state, don’t let the state dictate to the church what it can and can’t do”

The law has no obligation to be consistent. It just claims to be, while all the time playing favorites. At bottom, the law is arbitrary and outcome oriented.
Do not be surprised if the law declares that homosexuals have a constitutional right to preferential treatment under the law.

The true tragedy is what this unconstitutional act by the black robed bastards has done to end the Authority of the Constitution. --
Truly, a constitutional crisis. Howver, technically, the authority that has been ended is the authority of the institutions that are using the constitution for unconsitutional purposes. The constitution remains, now as an historical artifact.

... this Scotus decision opens up the way for those with license to carry be recognized across all states no matter what state your licensed in. --
All it opens up is the argument. No court will take the case.

The word is "protected" not "treated equally" --
The government doesn't practice equal protection either. The legal meaning of "equal protection" is "unequal treatment under the law." See many SCOTUS decisions that say as much, but in a few hundred words so as to obscure the conclusion.

Whats better, the States must now recognize same-sex marriage, but they cannot force religions to do that.Maybe not, but what's to stop them from stripping away tax-exempt status?

Absolutely nothing, unless we focus on the Constitution itself instead of political parties.
