The word is “protected” not “treated equally”

Big difference, nowhere are we guarantee to be treated equally in the constitution...

the liberals again have used semantics to change meanings for their agenda...

The government doesn't practice equal protection either. The legal meaning of "equal protection" is "unequal treatment under the law." See many SCOTUS decisions that say as much, but in a few hundred words so as to obscure the conclusion.
