New documents released by a federal court show President Obama called then-Secretary of State Hillary Clinton on the night of the 2012 Benghazi attack -- but the contents are being withheld by the State Department.
It had previously been disclosed that Clinton and Obama spoke the night of the terror attacks. But the documents offer additional information about the timing of the call -- after the initial attack on the U.S. consulate, but before the second wave where mortars hit the nearby CIA annex and killed former Navy SEALs Ty Woods and Glen Doherty.
The contents of the call, however, are being withheld, not because the information is classified but because the administration claims they represent internal deliberations about the 2012 terror assault.
The claim comes as Clinton also faces accusations that she withheld Benghazi-related emails from her private server in the trove of emails handed over to the State Department.
The contents of the call were only shared with Obama's and Clinton's closest aides. Deputy National Security Adviser Ben Rhodes sent an email on the call to State Department officials Jake Sullivan and Philippe Reines, and National Security Council spokeswoman Bernadette Meehan.
The email was released as part of an ongoing lawsuit by conservative watchdog group Judicial Watch. . .

Congress can issue a subpoena duces tecum and command the immediate production of all records pertinent to their investigation. If the subpoena is not complied with then a warrant can be issued by the House or Senate to their respective Sgt. at Arms for the contemnor’s arrest and imprisonment.
Congress abdicates their duty.
Why? Because Republicans are allied with them and complicit in their crimes.
Republicans are weak. Don’t try to take the focus off of them and their Democrat legislative allies, such as Elijah Cummings, who have fought and obstructed every step of the investigation, knowing that the GOP would never have the guts to enforce any of the orders.
There are some who are complicit, but most of the GOP is simply weak.
Obama surrendered at Benghazi.
They were just coordinating the surrender terms.

The reported protest in Egypt was not over a stupid video, they were protesting for the release of the Blind Sheik.
Thus the rumor of botched kidnapping in Benghazi for a prisoner swap.

IOWs truth would make them both reviled at minimum and at maximum would put them both in prison.
They agreed that 27 lives were a reasonable sacrifice for their political careers.
I didn’t realize phone calls are routinely recorded and preserved just like emails.

Especially when Morsi asked for his release as a good gesture by Obama before the attack occurred. The kidnap scenario fits right in perfectly. How else would Obama explain to the American public the releasing of Sheik Rahman? This isn’t over by a long shot. I’m sure the Egyptians know more about it than what we are being told. My bet is that Morsi had a lot more to say, and Sisi is keeping quiet until the right moment.

Don’t know.. there’s always some redactions..but the problem for Hillary is that everyone starts looking at those first...assume she’s covering something up..it’s like a buried treasure map..
We cannot bribe a State Dept employee with a lot of money?
