Heck, Since SCOTUS now uses the spirit in which the law was written to make rulings, I wouldn't be surprised if there is no work week anymore, just employment. It wouldn't even shock me if Roberts finds some pretzel logic that bestows insurance coverage on ex-employees, as well.
