ISIS isn't "McCain's boys". Iran's only moves against ISIS have been tactical, to keep Hizbollah's routes into Syria clear, and to clear them out of the Sunni town of Tikrit in Iraq, so the Shiite proxy terrorists could massacre 7000 Iraqi Sunnis. Otherwise they let ISIS operate with impunity, and supply them when they've got converging interests. Their interests converge in Libya, and in Nigeria.
