I believe you might be on to something, but what does that have to do with the phrase “Shall Not be Infringed” that is included in the Second Amendment?
Are you saying States can ignore that Phrase and institute Gun Control as they please?
I believe in States Rights when it’s apparently Inconvenient, such as the Gay Marriage Ruling last week.
I want to say that states can do what they want, but “incorporation”, which I disagree with, prevents me from doing so.
