A Man behind bars in San Fransico facing murder charges by many are wondering how he was still in the U-S after he'd already been deported five times, but never left the country.
San Francisco is a 'Sanctuary City', meaning local law enforcement is not obligated to report illegal immigrants to federal authorities.
Immigration Attorney Nera Shefer says Miami is also a sanctuary city, and something like this could possibly happen in our back yard.
Along with Minneapolis and St. Paul. Home to the largest Somali communities in the United States.

Could possibly happen? Illegals are already and have been busy for years murdering, kidnapping, robbing, raping, and killing people while driving drunk. Maybe thats acceptable in Mexico with bribe money. But, totally unacceptable here.
None of these horrific crimes would have happened if the perpetrator were still in their home country. An astoundingly simple concept.
