The reason for that is Castro grabbed every ‘maricon’ (Latrino for “queer”) and shipped them to the USA during the Mariel boat thingie.

US Government knew they were getting all those HIV cases/queers and accepted them anyway.

Democrats will do anything that damages America and increases the dependent voter population.
