Cardinal Bernardin requested (and had) the Chicago Gay Men’s Chorus singing at his Vigil Service. The Vigil is a Catholic liturgy. It is part of the official funeral rites of a Catholic.
Cardinal Bernardin was proclaiming at his own funeral what everybody always knew: He was a flaming, practicing homosexual. In fact, a homosexual predator.
He was also the best friend the abortionists ever had. He spent 20 years from Roe v. Wade to his death devising slogans and other weapons for the purpose of keeping Catholics voting for pro-abortion Democrats.
Sadly, it looks like we’ll get more of the same with Cupich. Back to the bad old days.
Remember this: Bernardin chose to have his reward in this world. His reward ended upon the death of his body. His immortal soul is now experiencing the consequences of his choice.
