Soviet Socialists, Maoist Socialists, National Socialists, and Obama’s Socialists are all totalitarians who simply want to control every detail of other people’s lives. The differences among them are trivial, and they all disgust me.
They would probably have been prosecuted for murder with the special circumstance “lying in wait” http://www.lectlaw.com/def2/m060.htm if they had openly shot and killed a feral liberal arsonist after “provocatively” standing up for freedom of speech. It is California, and they have to choose wisely. Shoot, shovel, and shut up would not work either because the leftists would be filming their “glorious” moment of burning a store.
It’s a good thing they didn’t think of stationing a sniper with a bolt action rifle and quality sound suppressor at 400 yards. That’s a manageable shot, and there would be no feral witnesses who understood what had happened, but something or another about shooting an Obama-voting arsonist would be declared unlawful.
And... we move one step closer to open civil war.

Insurance companies will be adding stipulations that if any confederate flag is displayed fire and damage insurance will not cover damages. Holder managed to get “operation choke point” I can easily see Lynch pressuring insurance companies to make it impossible to insure businesses.
If a business got comparable threats over flying the rainbow flag, you would see the entire machinery of federal law enforcement mobilized to hunt down the people making the threats.
