This is what all businesses that does not want to cater to gay weddings should do. Imagine a wedding cake with “we do not endorse same sex marriage” written on the cake or a banner that read the same hanging on the wall of the venue. They can’t sue you you still performed the job and th most they can do is ask for a refund which they may gut have trouble collecting is fine since you didn’t want to be paid for that job any way.
