Open question to those with medical savvy.
When a male has surgery to change the plumbing is the prostate removed? If so what is the bladder controlled with? If it is left in place that would mean she could be the first woman, to possibly have prostate cancer!

I’ve had my prostate removed (cancer) and have good bladder control. So that is possible.

I don’t think he’s actually had the plumbing lopped off; he’s just letting everyone assume that, what with all the other alterations and make believe.

Maybe I missed an important update though? Egads, I really do try not to follow this stuff but dang, it’s everywhere.
