A Note About Our Coverage Of Donald Trump's 'Campaign'
HuffPo ^

Posted on 07/17/2015 10:01:35 AM PDT by bryan999

After watching and listening to Donald Trump since he announced his candidacy for president, we have decided we won't report on Trump's campaign as part of The Huffington Post's political coverage. Instead, we will cover his campaign as part of our Entertainment section. Our reason is simple: Trump's campaign is a sideshow. We won't take the bait. If you are interested in what The Donald has to say, you'll find it next to our stories on the Kardashians and The Bachelorette.

If I didn’t read it at FR, I would never know what Huffpo said about anything.

Fake news from a fake news site. Something like Salon.

They don’t want to cover a candidate who says what they don’t want to hear.
In addition they will falsly use the excuse of bigotry and racism when hearing facts.

Translation: We're SO impressed with Trump's campaign that we've moved it to a much more trafficked section of our website. We believe his message is so important that we really want to get it in front of those who would normally only be interested in what celebrities are doing. Hillary will be left in the political swamp.

Well, maybe not what they WANTED to say, but that's the effect. Smooth move, HuffPo, way to support Trump's campaign!

The funny part is that they actually think they are a serious, trustworthy news source.

Huffington has an entertainment section?

How would we know if we didn't read about it here?

Most of their readers use Comedy Central and HBO as their primary hard news sources anyway. They go to HuffPo for the fluff.

The funny thing is, they would treat any of the asinine spewings from people like Ben Affleck and George Clooney as serious political news.
