The amazing thing is how Obama and the "regime" supposedly has this AWESOME power to intimidate every Congressperson, judge, and state official. But, oddly, this power operates ONLY on the issue of eligibility. In the political arena, he often can't get much done: no immigration bill, budget standoffs, judicial appointments tied up in the Senate, etc.

Yeah, that Obamacare thing was just totally a fluke. All of the ICE deportations being stopped, well that's just another fluke. The IRS persecutions of Tea Party organizations is a further Fluke.

We can tell you either don't get your news from good sources, or you don't comprehend it. Perhaps both. It would certainly explain a lot.

No, he then had Democratic majorities. Other things you listed are things he could attempt unilaterally. But things that since have required Republican votes he's not done as well. Again, the "everyone is intimated by thugs" bit is rather fanciful. It's a concocted bit of nonsense Birthers come up with to rationalize why no one is buying their arguments.
