Nobody’s talking about convictions. Sen. Cruz is just pointing out that the government is bending over backwards, once again, to split hairs about terrorism in America. What does it matter whether he communicated with ISIS or not? Who cares whether he traveled out of the country? He committed an act of terror and people need to wake up about that.
