Obama collecting personal data for a secret race database
the New York Post ^ | 7/19/ 2015 | Paul Sperry

Unbeknown to most Americans, Obama’s racial bean counters are furiously mining data on their health, home loans, credit cards, places of work, neighborhoods, even how their kids are disciplined in school — all to document “inequalities” between minorities and whites.

Nathan Bedford's first maxim of American politics:

All politics of America's not local but ultimately racial

Demagoguing race is even better than claimant change hysterics as a means of obtaining tyrannical political control because no one can deny that racial discrimination is bad, indeed, no one in polite society can deny the existence of racial discrimination, finally, racial discrimination can now be assumed by the law from data points without more.

In this latter respect the ploy resembles the game played by climate change hysterics who assemble questionable data points and then consciously project the worst-case scenario. The Obama administration is now assembling data points, evidently without transparency, to project the existence of racial discrimination where no proof of racial discrimination otherwise exists.

Once that methodology is accepted and becomes embedded in our law and enforced by the courts led by the likes of justice Kennedy, we are living in real tyranny.

Two of the most dangerous words in the English language are “Disparate Impact”. Unfortunately the black-robed cretins of the Supreme Court have already given that noxious phrase their stamp of approval.

And they are, of course, led by Justice Kennedy.

So all the Obama administration has to do is massage the data until it comes up with evidence of "disparate impact" and all the rest rolls out automatically.

Will a conservative Republican president ordered the destruction of this data? I doubt it.

Obama: Federal Government Will Integrate Races Into Wealthy Communities

July 11, 2015
By: Barbara Boland

Obama said Saturday (Obama 'community organizing') he will use the power of the federal government to pressure communities to integrate low-income minorities into affluent areas.

Obama said his administration is implementing a new rule that will require communities to frequently review the racial and socioeconomic makeup of local neighborhoods and regularly report the results to the federal government.

“Just a few weeks ago, the Supreme Court (currently, a Court of Clowns) ruled that policies segregating minorities in poor neighborhoods, even unintentionally, are against the law,” Obama said, referencing a ruling on the Fair Housing Act largely ignored by the media due to attention on the SCOTUSCare and gay marriage rulings.

The Fair Housing Act was passed under President Lyndon B. Johnson to initiate his failed “Great Society,” which sought to eliminate poverty through a series of government programs. Critics charge that its programs, which included housing projects in cities and welfare payments to single mothers, let to the destruction of the black family.

“In some cities, kids living just blocks apart lead incredibly different lives,” said Obama in his weekly address. “They go to different schools, play in different parks, shop in different stores and walk down different streets.”

And often, the quality of those schools and the safety of the parks and streets are far from equal – which means those kids aren’t getting an equal shot in life,” he said.

Besides regular reports from local communities, Obama mentioned on other specific way his administration plans to equalize neighborhoods.

We’re using data on housing and neighborhood conditions to help identify the areas that need the most help,” he said. By opening this data to everyone, Obama argued “everyone in a community – not just elected officials – can weigh in. If you want a bus stop added near your home, or affordable housing nearby, now you’ll have the data you need to make your case.

The Department of Housing and Urban Development issues a ruling Wednesday that would withhold funding from communities if they fail to provide data on racial segregation patterns, set goals and track results.

“This overreaching new regulation is an attempt to extort communities into giving up control of local zoning decisions and reengineer the makeup of our neighborhoods,” Rep. Paul Gosar (R), Arizona, said as he introduced several pieces of legislation designed to prevent the implementation of the new HUD rule.

“Local government is designed so people can have an input on those things that matter most to them,” Rick Manning, the president of Americans For Limited Government, said in an interview with CNN. “The federal government is ill-equipped to superimpose their vision of what local communities should look like, because they don’t have their fingers on the pulse of those communities.

“Just as the president has used the DOJ, IRS, and DHS as a political weapon, he has now expanded his arsenal to include HUD as a way of punishing neighborhoods that don’t fall in line with his liberal agenda,” said Gosar.

...all to document “inequalities” between minorities and whites.

This is bussing, affirmative action, set-asides and preferred contractor status all bundled up, fed steroids and given an army.

Their goal is to have raiding mobs (”rioters”) protected by federal law enforcement,
running through white/conservative/Christian neighborhoods killing, raping and looting.

In a tradition started by our most liberal president, Richard Nixon, the Feds have arranged to bribe the states to do the dirty work and hide the role of the Feds.

In health, CMS (Medicare and Medicaid) spends billions of dollars, not on health care, but on 90-10 grants to states to develop healthcare software to CMS standards. Even the most conservative red states will do anything CMS says rather than lose the 90-10 money.

The CMS requirements for that software are all available on the internet at CMS sites. The most absurd and dangerous part of the software directives is that they are locked into obsolete technology. Technology changes rapidly. By locking in the obsolete, they are inherently locking into the design of the software opportunities for the Chinese and terrorists to hack the data. The obsolete also guarantees there will be massive false positives and false negatives in the raw data, not to mention the errors in aggregation and analysis of the raw data.

At the state level, the decision makers are obsessed with COMPLIANCE with Fed regulations. They have little concern for the quality in itself...and virtually no concern for the health of anyone.

The Orwellian named “Fair Housing Act” has always been tyranny. It forces people to enter contracts they do not wish to. It selects groups out for special privilege.

I Federalizes relationships that traditionally were the province of the individual or the state.

It is another insane overeach of the “commerce clause”.

I have had enough of this sh!t. This man is out of control. And the people that infest our so-called government are worse. They KNOW this is wrong. Either the government changes its policy of continually violating our rights OR their will be a terrible day of reckoning. That is not a threat, just an observation based on observation.

“... to secure these rights, governments are instituted among men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed; that whenever any form of government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the right of the people to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new government...”

Obastard is race obsessed. The republic can never elect another black to the highest of all offices again, it is apparently obvious. I’ll bet even some blacks would agree this level of PC is not good.

Don’t forget it will be a lawyer’s paradise, too. Think of all of the law suits that will come out of this, and all they have to do is manipulate the data. This is not about equality, this is about giving so-called minority groups special preference. They’re not really minorities anymore are they?

What we have allowed government to do to us is so horrible that words escape most of us. It’s as though we have awakened in the midst of a destroyed city.

We, today, are being ruled and ruined by a contingent of liberal pansies.

HUD plans to drill down to an even more granular level, detailing the proximity of black residents to transportation sites, good schools, parks and even supermarkets.

Can they rule a town/city the victim of “Disparate Impact” if the town/city had in place a major chain drug store, say a CVS, and the citizens of the town/city chose to burn it down?
