They would spell out exactly what was taking place and demand action. (if it were a cause they supported)

I think we’ve all had enough of vacuous talk, endless rhetoric, political posturing and cheap theatrics from the Republicans. At what point do people finally get tired of this charade and demand tangible results?
And you are precisely right: the Dems would seize this moment because, unlike the Republicans, they play to win. Our side never gets off of defense.
